Thank you for shopping with Willow Hearth Press! We want your books to arrive safely and keep you informed throughout the ordering and delivery process.

1. How Our Books Are Made

Our physical books are printed on demand, meaning each book is manufactured specifically for your order.

Willow Hearth Press currently partners with BookVault for printing and order fulfillment.

Because our books are produced after purchase, orders require production time before they can be shipped.

2. Order Processing and Production

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is submitted for processing and printing.

Production times vary depending on the book format, printing requirements, and fulfillment workload.

Estimated production and delivery information may be provided during checkout or in your order confirmation.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your order, delivery address, and available shipping methods.

You will have an opportunity to review applicable shipping costs before completing your purchase.

Any free-shipping promotions, if offered, will be identified during checkout.

4. Shipping Destinations

We ship to destinations supported by our fulfillment partner and the shipping options available through our online store.

Available shipping destinations and delivery methods are determined at checkout.

If we are unable to fulfill an order to your selected destination, we will contact you to discuss available options or arrange an appropriate refund.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Total delivery time includes two stages:

• Production: The time required to print and prepare your books.

• Shipping: The time required for the carrier to transport your order after dispatch.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, holidays, weather, carrier operations, and other circumstances.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will provide the notices and options required by that law, including cancellation and refund rights where applicable.

6. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be provided through your shipping confirmation email.

Some shipping services may offer limited tracking information.

If you have questions about your order's shipping status, please contact us with your order number.

7. Multiple-Book Orders

Orders containing multiple books may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

This can happen when books require different production processes or fulfillment arrangements.

If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond those disclosed at checkout unless you expressly agree to additional charges.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

If you discover an error, contact us immediately at willowhearthpress@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before production or dispatch, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment.

If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. We will discuss any charges with you before proceeding.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law and our customer service policies.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your books arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, whenever possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.

We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when warranted.

11. International Orders

Where international shipping is available, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed charges, unless these charges are expressly included at checkout.

Any applicable charges and responsibilities will depend on the destination and shipping arrangement.

International deliveries may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
