At Willow Hearth Press, we want every customer to receive books they can enjoy and feel confident purchasing.

Print-on-Demand Books

Our physical books are printed specifically for each order. Because they are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or ordering the wrong title.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer protection requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged, contains a printing or manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email willowhearthpress@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• The title of the affected book

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item, if available

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost when the claim is valid.

You do not need to return a damaged or defective book unless we provide instructions and arrange any required return shipping.

Missing or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at willowhearthpress@gmail.com.

We will investigate the shipment with our fulfillment partner and work toward an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund when warranted.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Because our books are printed on demand, cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered production. We will confirm whether cancellation is available before issuing any applicable refund.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
